Perhpas it is cool, but it "crashed" my touch pad. I zapped PRAM, repaired permissions and deleted the Sidetrack program and I still coouldn't get the touch pad to work again. Finally, I reinstalled Panther and it works......
i just installed it and then i read this which scares me...
anyone else have this problem?

I was wondering how you can directly transfer Loops to the Keyboard, as in having up side by side, as I cant seem to find this.
I don't know what you mean with that, but you can't trigger loops from a MIDI keyboard if that's what you're asking.

Anyone with page orientation with MacWorld Website? Continuous screen rotation would cause my iPhone 4 to 'lock-up' and it would force quit several times. This problem occurs in two iPhone 4s and iPod Touch Gen 4. Only happens with MacWorld website.

as in the What cool little OS apps do you use? Thread (http://forums.macrumors.com/showthread.php?t=58101) i've enthusiastically urged people to give butler (http://www.petermaurer.de/nasi.php?thema=butler&sprache=english) a go. its a great second dock/os9 application menu as well as a quicksilver-esque fast finder launcher. it also customizes smart items to skip itunes tracks, control volume, and rate music on the fly. very customizable and the only thing you'll run in the background of your machine. it is donorware, but you'll feel like paying for it. ;)

best thing you can do is get yourself over to www.php.net and join their mailing lists. they're fantastic with their help on there...you'll always find an answer to any question you have.

Apple products are too often kept at RRP - not sure if its always by agreements with apple - "don't discount more than 10% or lose authorised reseller status"
Obviously good for apple products, but not for the consumer.

Of course not. However, there are certain cases where the death penalty should be applied. The arizona shooter for example who killed a 9 year old girl and many others, he should be fried.
Why, what good does it do, does it bring back the people who where killed? Or if your goal is just to keep him from doing it again then wouldn't locking him up for life do the trick?
