USCIS has all information but they might not have resource/time to collect information about old cases that�s why they might be seeking help from other body.
How difficult is it to find info about the old cases. It is a simple search query on the database. (One single query)

One more query..If H4 visa has expired but I have H4 extension till 2009, can I get H4 stamp in India.
My case traveling in Jan to india, My H4 was expired but I have extension. Can I get it stamped as H4. I will be appying for EAD in Nov 07.

Applying for EAD does not invalidate your H4 status. If you travel outside USA without AP and you don't have a valid H4 stamp on your passport, It is considered abandoning your AOS. Hope this helps.

How (when) do you decide that you will take EAD or stay on H1B? Can you change your mind or it is a one time decision?

It is purely upto you to decide what do u want. If u r planning to stick with the same company that has your H1B, then no need to pursue EAD option. But if you are planning to get out of your current company and pursue different opportunity, then you can use ur EAD.

If your Labor Certification says you are a Programmer you cant be a Project Mgr in EAD. Till you get your GC, you are compulsorily married to your profession and title.

ok you found the sensor i believe but you must know there are only a couple of recomended ways of cleaning that sensor. one is to blow the dirt out with a bulb blower. the safest way obviously as nothing but air comes in contact with the sensor. i recomend you do this before trying any other means of cleaning first. when that fails i would then use one of the other more invasive methods one of which involves cleaning pads made of a very soft non abrasive material. and a special cleaning solution called eclipse that has almost no impurities in the fluid designed to give a streak free finish when done. some photographers have absolutely no problem doing this after a couple of times and if you are one of them more power too ya i however opt for the safest method taking my camera to a camera shop and paying 85 bucks to have them do it for me

not true. You can be approved only if your PD is current.
PD has nothing to do with approval and neither does biometrics. Once you have the reciept date of I-485 that becomes crucial. If that is after what USCIS is procesing then you have to wait like me :).
You should keep watching the processing date every month ( it changes usually around midddle of month). If your I-485 reciept date is before the uscis processing date and it has been more than 30 days you can call them to find status of your case.

Last year me and my wife had same issue with EAD and AP , we had to send them back with new application, new photos, passport photo copies and cover letter explaining that it's USCIS Admin error, we didn't send the checks.
Later we received corrected EADs after 5 weeks, but for AP it took about 2 months.

One bad day, my employer just realized that I was overpaid $8000 over 2 years. When I was with the company, I was told it was accountant mistake and I don't have to pay anything. It was all verbal so I don't have any witness.
After 2 months, I quit with 2 weeks notice.

I use the rectangle marquee tool. I guess it all depends on personal preference. If you use the rectangle shape tool you will have to right click on the layer and hit "Rasterize Layer" to be able to edit the object.
If you use the marquee tool you just have to fill it with paint and everything is set.
Not to mention, if you use the shape tool, it automatically creates the shape on a new layer, but if you use the marquee tool, your fill color will end up on the layer you currently have selected.
Let me know how everything goes :)

I checked with attorney and they mentioned that I can continue on my L1 if I am with L1 employer OR if I am with H1 employer then I can be only on H1 status...
As far as denial is concerned, I am still waiting for the notice...
Does anyone has an idea... I heard from some of my friends that specially in case of L1B blanket, denial notice should talk about the problem and also about how to re-apply again.
Also I got a feeling that my company may end up filing L1A as I have 8+ years of experience. Will that be any kind of problem...?
Please suggest...
